Sika ® -4a is a ready to use, liquid waterproofing compound. When mixed with cement it sets rapidly to seal areas of severe water infiltration. The product is suitable for use in tropical and hot climatic conditions.

Uses:

• Sika ® -4a is used for preliminary waterproofing work on wet surfaces, prior to the application of subsequent cementitious renders. It can also be used for fixing bolts and anchors in rock or concrete.

• Sika ® -4a is part of a range of internationally used normal and quick setting waterproof admixtures.

Sika® Latex Power is a synthetic rubber emulsion which when added to cement slurry/ cement mortar/ concrete/ grout provides good adhesion and water resistance. It comes in the form of a milky liquid. It is fully soluble in water and is to be added directly to the gauging water of mortar/ concrete/ cementitious grout.

Usage:

• For waterproofing of roof slabs, sunken slabs, basements, water tanks, sunshades, etc. in combination with cement
• As a bonding agent for uses in repair and plastering
• For making polymer mortar for repairs mortars, etc.
• Treatment for leaching and saltpetre action
• Multipurpose mortar admixture for injection grouts
